2. Service Description and Guarantee
We help users in restricted countries:
• Create and verify their own Stripe accounts
• Connect verified accounts to Shopify stores
• Access our own Stripe infrastructure (via StripeLegend)
• Receive step-by-step support, guides, and consulting

In extremely rare cases where verification fails despite compliance, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis (see Refund Policy).
3. Use of Service at Your Own Risk

• Decline your application based on internal reviews
We do not control these platforms, but we’ll support you with re-verification, appeals, and guidance if issues happen.
5. No Financial or Legal Advice
Our services are operational and technical — we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
You should consult a legal or tax advisor before using Stripe through a Shopify store or engaging in cross-border transactions.
6. Service Limitations
We do not promise:
• That every store will qualify for every Stripe plan
• That payouts are always instant (delays can happen)
We provide the access and tools, but you are responsible for ongoing account management and platform compliance.
