• Shopify Store Domain (default & custom, if any)
• Contact details for business communication

Business & Verification Data

• Stripe-related details (as required for integration or verification)
• Passport or national ID details (for Stripe verification services)
• Shopify store access (only with your permission for service purposes)

Payment & Transactional Info

• Plan selected
• Payment confirmation data from Stripe
• Payout records (for StripeLegend clients)
• Store order data (if shared through granted access)

Technical Info (Minimal)

• IP Address (basic analytics only)
• Browser type and device info (used for security purposes)

Note: We do not collect sensitive data such as credit card numbers directly.

2. Where and How We Store Your Data

Your data may be securely stored and accessed via:

Supabase (for internal database management)
Google Sheets (for trackers and payout sheets shared with you)
Stripe (for payments and billing)
Shopify (only through permissions you explicitly grant)

We encrypt data where possible and only store what’s necessary to deliver our services.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• For GetYourStripe clients: Verification data is deleted within 24 hours of completion unless you request ongoing support.

• For StripeLegend clients: Operational data remains during your service period. After account closure, all personal info is deleted within 30 days.

4. Data Security
We follow best practices in encryption, access control, and secure handling. Only authorized team members can access your data, and only for service-related tasks.

Google Sheets Sharing payout or tracker data
Shopify Integration access (if granted)
Supabase Secure data storage

All partners follow strict privacy and data handling standards.

6. Do We Send Emails?
We may contact you to:

• Confirm onboarding submissions
• Notify about updates (e.g., Stripe status, payouts)
• Provide support
• Share invoices or payments
• Inform about changes to our Terms or Policies

You can opt out of marketing emails, but operational emails are essential.

7. Do We Use Analytics?
Currently, we do not use advanced tools (like Google Analytics or Hotjar). If added in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

8. Information from Minors
Our services are for individuals 18 years or older. If you're a minor, don’t submit personal info without parental consent. If we find data from a minor, we’ll delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy
