These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website getyourstripe.com, any related forms, tools, communications, and features provided to users worldwide.

By using our services, you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

1. Services Offered
We offer premium Stripe-related services designed to empower entrepreneurs and Shopify store owners — especially those in Stripe-restricted countries — to:

• Set up and verify operational Stripe accounts (via GetYourStripe).

• Use our managed Stripe accounts (via StripeLegend) for:

1. Shopify store integration
2. Checkout/payment links
3. Subscriptions and payout management

Receive expert support, personalized onboarding, and step-by-step guidance.

Track everything via dashboards, email updates, and Google Sheets.

Get payouts on schedule, based on your plan and country.

⚠️ We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe or Shopify. We simply offer services based on deep experience with their platforms.

2. Eligibility
Our services are open globally. There are no strict age restrictions, but by using our services, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into a service agreement in your country.

3. Guarantees
We stand by our service quality. With over 40,000+ users served, most accounts get verified within 7–10 days.

• Your results depend on your honesty, cooperation, and following our process.
• We offer full support if issues arise.
• Refunds are handled based on our Refund Policy.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions
To protect all users and ensure smooth operations:

• Do not falsify identity or documents.
• Do not use VPNs, cloaking tools, or masked data.
• Do not redistribute or sell our materials.
• Do not interfere with others’ data or dashboards.
• Do not copy or resell our service model without permission.

Violations may lead to account termination or refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Service Structure
All content, tools, and systems offered under GetYourStripe™ and StripeLegend are proprietary. You are given limited access to use these tools only for your business.

You do not own the Stripe accounts, automations, dashboards, or backend unless we explicitly state so.

6. Support & Official Emails
We provide email support Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UTC+5). Premium plans receive faster support.

📧 Any email ending in @getyourstripe.com is owned by us. If you receive a message from an address not listed here, assume it's unauthorized unless it matches a use case above.

7. Account Termination
Your access to our services may be revoked without refund if you:

• Break these Terms
• Provide fake info or misuse our documents
• Harass or spam team members
• Abuse our dashboards or resources

8. Limits of Liability
We are not responsible for service interruptions or failures caused by:

• Third-party platform issues (Stripe, Shopify, etc.)
• Errors in user inputs or misconfigurations
• Delayed payouts due to your provided method

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Services Structure
GetYourStripe – Our main Stripe verification service

• We create and verify an account specifically for you.
• We do not resell access or hand you someone else’s account.
• We deliver documents, assistance, and step-by-step help.

StripeLegend – Stripe-as-a-Service

• Use our Stripe accounts for payments and checkout integration.

You can:

• Use a Stripe checkout page
• Accept one-time payments
• Integrate with Shopify

Three sub-services (details available during onboarding).

We handle billing and payouts based on plan.

More services are being added soon, and this document is structured to remain valid even as we expand.

10. Affiliates and Collaborations
We may launch affiliate opportunities in the future. For now:

Freelancers, marketers, agencies: Email team@getyourstripe.com to request collaboration or bulk services.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. You will be notified of major changes through email or on our website.
