1. General Policy Overview
At GetYourStripe™, we’re committed to delivering high-quality services that work. We take every step to ensure your Stripe account setup or integration goes smoothly — but we also have clear boundaries.

Refunds are only granted in rare, valid scenarios where service delivery fails due to issues on our end — not user errors or platform policy changes.

Please read the details below carefully before purchasing.

2. Refund Eligibility – GetYourStripe™
You may be eligible for a refund only if:

• You submitted accurate and legitimate information, and
• You followed our full onboarding and verification instructions, and
• Stripe still failed to verify your account, and
• We were unable to help you resolve it through re-verification or support.

In this case, we may offer:

• A partial or full refund, or
• A free retry, or
• Service credit toward another solution.

Not Eligible for Refund If:
• You used fake, incomplete, or mismatched documents
• You used VPNs, proxy IPs, or submitted forms from a restricted country directly
• You ignored our instructions or skipped steps
• Stripe disabled your account after successful verification (we don’t control Stripe’s later decisions)
• You simply changed your mind

3. Refund Eligibility – StripeLegend (Stripe-as-a-Service)
StripeLegend is a digital infrastructure service — once the service is activated, it becomes non-refundable.

You may be eligible only if:

• You followed the onboarding process properly, and
• We failed to provide a working payment link, or
• Integration with your Shopify store was not possible due to our system failure

If approved, you may receive:

• A refund
• A retry
• Service credit

Not Eligible for Refund If:
• Your store violates Shopify or Stripe policies
• Your payouts are delayed by Stripe (that’s out of our hands)
• You request a refund after activation
• You attempt to resell or misuse the service

4. Time Window for Refund Requests
You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase or delivery of the service.

To apply, email us at 📧 support@getyourstripe.com with:

• Your Order/Customer ID
• Clear explanation of your issue
• Screenshots or relevant proof (if applicable)

We respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Final Decision & Dispute
We reserve the right to accept or reject any refund request based on:

• Evidence provided
• History of communication
• Terms of Service agreement
• Platform risk

Chargebacks or PayPal disputes filed before contacting us may result in permanent ban from our services.

6. Fraud & Misuse
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud or abuse.

If you:

• Attempt to game our system
• Submit fake documents
• Use stolen cards or identities
• Threaten our team with false claims or chargebacks

Your access will be immediately revoked, no refund will be issued, and your IP/email/device may be permanently banned from all future services.
