Payout Policy
Effective Date: September 2024
At StripeLegend by GetYourStripe™, we provide payment infrastructure for Shopify sellers in countries where Stripe is not officially supported. We collect payments on your behalf via our verified Stripe accounts and disburse them according to your selected plan. This policy outlines how, when, and under what conditions we process payouts to our users.
Payout Schedules
We offer two payout schedules depending on your plan:
🟡 Starter Plan
• Payout Day: 28th of every month
• Payout Cap: $800/month
• Rollovers: Any amount above $800 rolls over to next month
• Priority: Older pending balances are paid first
💡 Example: If you earn $1,100 in July, you’ll receive $800 on August 28 and the remaining $300 on September 28 (assuming no new earnings are made).
🟢 Growth Plans (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime)
• Payout Day: Every Sunday
• No Cap: Get 100% of your eligible balance weekly
• Faster Access: Ideal for high-volume or scaling stores
Payout Processing Details
• Currency: USD ($) or EUR (€)
If your Shopify store uses another currency, it is converted to USD using Stripe’s current rate. Stripe conversion fees may apply.
• Commission & Fees:
Starter Plan: 10% commission deducted
Growth & Lifetime Plans: 0% commission — you keep 100% revenue
💡 Your final payout and fee breakdown will always be listed in your Google Sheet Tracker and invoice.
Payout Tracking & Transparency
Every seller receives a personal Google Sheet Tracker, updated daily before 12:00 AM (UTC), which shows:
• Orders received
• Amount collected
• Commission (if any)
• Stripe payout status (✅ Verified / ❌ Unverified)
• Expected payout date
• Notes (e.g., pending, paid, or rollover)
Payout Notifications & Invoicing
Before each scheduled payout, we’ll send you an invoice via email including:
• Total collected amount
• Deductions (if any)
• Final payout amount
• Payment method
• Currency
• Transaction summary
You can also verify this inside your Google Sheet Tracker.
What You Need to Do
To ensure smooth payouts:
1. Complete your onboarding form accurately
2. Provide your preferred payout method
3. Grant Shopify Staff Access (you’ll get email instructions)
If anything is missing, we’ll contact you via your registered email.
Delays & Disputes
We aim to process all payouts on time, but delays can occur due to:
• Stripe downtime or API issues
• Incomplete onboarding
• Inaccurate store data
• Manual reviews or fraud flags
In case of delays, we resolve most issues within 24 hours.

Refund Adjustments
If a chargeback or refund happens, the refunded amount will be:
• Updated in your Google Sheet
• Deducted from your next payout
We do not send payouts for refunded/disputed transactions.
Identity & Store Verification
We may request proof of:
• Store ownership
• Customer receipts
• Order screenshots
If refused, payout may be delayed or suspended.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy as our services evolve.
Major changes will be notified by email and always reflected on this page.
